YACHT CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Slip membership means your current pricing is locked in and you’ll secure a slip that fits your boat (slip sizes are limited). You’ll enjoy lower monthly or annual costs and you may sublease your slip and earn money if your boat is in the Bahamas part-time.

All dry slip sizes to 45’ with a clear height ranging from 10’10” to 14’5”
Wet slips sizes 70’ to 90’
Dry slip memberships start at $190,000
Wet slip memberships start at $10,000 per linear foot
Members may rent their slip and keep 100% of the income
Memberships are 95% refundable OR refundable at 80% of the current market price, whichever is greater

CUSTOMIZED PRE- AND POST-LAUNCH SERVICE

We offer removal, pre-launch wash, fuel or freshwater fill, cooler with ice and water and more. We’ll even stock your boat with fishing supplies upon request. When you return, simply toss a line to staff dockside and we’ll perform a freshwater engine flush, waste pump-out (if needed), soap wash down and dry, power down and cover installation. We are also to happy to accommodate special requests.
